  • 会员4458：酒店服务人员素质很高，尤其是前台的服务人员，很热情主动，酒店很漂亮，早餐很丰富，酒店里有很枕头选择，房间大小也很满意，睡得很舒服踏实，给我们提供了免费水果和点心，因为酒店里很大，房间不在办理入住的大厅里，礼宾男孩帮我们一路把行李提到了客房，很是有礼貌，给我们介绍用餐的位置及时间，下次还会选择怡生园酒店，期待下次入住体验。

  • 会员6722：环境：酒店环境很好，占地面积很大，有人工湖，我们去的时候还很冷，湖水还是冻的，被雪覆盖。植物还没有发芽。其他季节应该是绿化很好。 房间：家庭房设施不算豪华，卫生倒是很好。酒店住宿有哥特式、美式，日式，西班牙式。我们住的美式，不知道其他房间什么风格。 服务：服务人员态度友好，提前打电话问需求。 用餐：早餐丰富，典型的5星酒店自助早餐，没有出彩，没有问题。 游乐：室外有几只羊驼，人工湖上有几只黑天鹅，虽然冬天寒冷，但正好天晴，空气好，户外踩雪散步也挺好。有室内游泳馆，淋浴处有个汗蒸房。
